Etcetera is locally operated by Jeff and Monica Bernat.
With a forever wish to open their own restaurant, their dreams finally came true in November 2024. After walking past this location, Jeff and Monica knew it had potential to be great, and they have really livened the town of Owosso up!
Jeff has been a Chef for over 25 years now and has created over 70 different soup recipes since opening date! Jeff has many new recipes and specials everyday, come in and try some of his delish food!

Opening their first restaurant together was an exciting (and slightly chaotic) adventure for the husband and wife duo. They’d always dreamed of combining their love for food and each other into something special—and now they are finally doing it. Between testing recipes, decorating the space, and learning to survive long shifts without arguing over whose turn it is to wash the dishes. Chef Jeff and Monica found their rhythm. The restaurant quickly became a reflection of their personalities: spunky, quirky, and full of flavor.
